COVID Protocols:

We recognize that there will always be a risk when a large group of people gather, whether that is a common cold, the flu or Covid. We have confirmed with the hotel that in the Meeting Space on Level 3, they use High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPS) Filters of MERV13 Category which filter out 95% of 3 micron particulate matter. We will do our best to space people out in the main ballroom and encourage delegates to give each other personal space. Masks will be available at the registration desk if you would like to wear one.

Gender Neutral Washrooms:

One set of washrooms in the Imperial Foyer will be converted to gender neutral washrooms for the duration of the convention.

Parking:

There is parking at the Hyatt Regency but we also suggest parking at the Telus Convention Centre.
