Paul Whitfield is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Saskatchewan Centre for Hydrology following 35 years at Environment and Climate Change Canada. He is an Associate Editor of the AGU’s Water Resources Research and an Adjunct Professor of Earth Sciences at Simon Fraser. His core scientific expertise are the hydrology and water chemistry of cold regions and the applications of statistics to the analysis of environmental data. Paul is an advocate of open science and a contributor to the CSHShydRology R-package. Paul has authored or co-authored more than 200 journal articles over the past 50 years.
