Dr. Budong Qian is a Research Scientist at the Ottawa Research and Development Centre of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He is interested in studies on climate variability, climate change and their impacts on agriculture and other aspects of the human society. He currently works on assessing climate change impacts on crop production and developing agronomic adaptation and mitigation strategies for the Canadian agricultural sector.
