On-Site Registration

Upon arrival at The Vue and Clubhouse EventSpace, please register at the EMD Serono Registration Desk on the top floor to obtain your name badge.

Coat and luggage check (for those traveling from out of town) will be available and managed throughout the day.

 

Transportation/Transfers & Parking

Individual transfers – you are encouraged to drive your own vehicle or use a taxi service to and from the Kickoff if you reside close to the venue.  Taxi costs can be charged to your company credit card. If you do not have a company credit card, please coordinate with your manager.  

 

**Please plan ahead.  If you choose to have alcoholic beverage(s) at the event, please drink responsibly.**

 

Group transfers will be provided between the hotel and the venue on Thursday, January 19th (leaving at 8 am and returning at 8:30 pm).

Parking – Free parking is available onsite.
