A small block of rooms have been made available for those employees who are traveling from out of town and require a hotel.

We recommend driving or taking a taxi to and from the venue if you live within the general GTA area.

 

Cycle Team Meetings

Please confirm with your cycle meeting leads and/or with your manager prior to confirming if a hotel is required.

Registering for Hotel Accommodations

Accommodation requirements will be collected during the registration process and will be booked on your behalf. Employees will be responsible for all incidentals incurred during their stay. Please note that a credit card and a piece of photo ID will be required upon check-in. 

 

Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. The hotel will do their best to accommodate early arrivals; however, early check-in times cannot be guaranteed. A secure EMD Serono designated luggage area will be available.

 

Breakfast at the hotel is included with your stay.

Changes to Travel Itinerary

All changes to your travel itinerary must be noted in your registration.
