Policies:

• The reservations due date is Friday, January 24, 2025.  
• Guest rooms may be cancelled, with no penalty, 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within the 72-hour window will be charged for 1 night + taxes.
• “No-show” reservations will be charged for 1 night + taxes and 50% of the remaining room revenue + taxes.

“Early departures” will be charged for 50% of the remaining room revenue + taxes. The fee does not apply if a new departure date is confirmed prior to or upon check-in
