Ray operates Agro Climatic Consulting an independent home based business and writes a Climate and Crop Letter for grain producers over the Canadian prairies twice a month, He previously worked for the Canadian Wheat Board in the Weather and Crop Surveillance and Planning departments holds M.Sc. degree from the University of Saskatchewan and in 2016 he was awarded the Andrew Thomson Prize in Applied Meteorology by CMOS.
