For existing properties, this entails all top-level projects that will grow the topline or increase profit margins, including service or amenity reviews, property improvement planning, rate strategy, marketing advisory, F&B strategy, technology analysis, business process innovation and wellness program deployment. For new developments, this primarily involves proformas, feasibility studies, land acquisition support, design review and fundraising support.
