Margot has been the condo chair at Palace Royale since 2023. She combines her background in leadership, project management, public education, and writing and podcasting to lead the board and community out of a fractured dark place. Her methods include systematizing all operations, running a review of service providers, introducing cost savings mechanisms, and focussing on how to create a vibrant secure environment for all to flourish.
