Ryan is a Principal with RJC Engineers based in Calgary, with over 18 years of experience. He leads a Building Science and Restoration group focused on lifecycle maintenance and asset management for existing buildings. Ryan works closely with owners to assess performance issues, identify causes of deterioration, and develop appropriate remediation strategies.

He has a strong understanding of how environmental exposure, building envelope performance, and maintenance practices influence building durability and service life. Ryan also contributes to the profession through leadership roles, serving as Chair of RJC’s National Restoration Liaison Technical Group. He is a member of the Alberta Building Envelope Council (South) and Vice President of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Southern Alberta Chapter).
