The Alberta Motor Transport Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 9:00 A.M. (Mountain Time) on Saturday, September 24, 2022, as announced in the original Notice of the AGM on July 26, 2022.

To make it easier for our eligible voting members to participate in the AGM, we will offer three options for attendance:

• Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary Airport North (20 Freeport Place NE | Calgary, Alta. | Get directions)
• Virtual participation, via ZOOM (an individual link will be provided to voting members by e-mail upon confirmation of registration)

We strongly urge you to attend this meeting – either virtually or in person at either location.

If you cannot personally attend the AGM, you may submit the AMTA Proxy Form, which authorizes another designated eligible person (and an alternate if the named proxy cannot come) to attend and vote on your behalf. Please select ‘Vote by Proxy’ when you register for the meeting. The completed Proxy Form must be returned to AMTA by no later than 4:30 p.m. – Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
