H1. Hydrological Analysis using R, including the CSHShydRology package

This session invites presentations that illustrate hydrological analysis using R and particularly using the CSHShydRology package. The CSHShydRology package is intended to provide a suite of useful R tools for hydrologists, with a focus on supporting Canadian data and model needs. The intention of the project is to share functions in a manner that allows the entire community of researchers and practitioners not only to benefit from but also contribute to the package. The package contains a wide variety of functions for basic data manipulation, spatial hydrology, statistical hydrology, visualization, and streamflow analysis.  One objective of the package is to make code developed in research more available to practitioners.  The package name recognizes the support provided by the Canadian Society for Hydrological Sciences (CSHS), an affiliate of the Canadian Water Resources Association (CWRA).
