Lunch tickets are for lunch on Wednesday & Thursday from 11:30am - 1:30pm.  They can be used either day.  It is first come, first served based on quantity.

Wednesday: Hot Shredded Schweinbraten buns

German seasoned slow roasted pork loin cooked in a dark beer, barbeque sauce, fried onions, horseradish, mustard, ketchup, cheese and pickle tray, baby red potatoes, tossed salad with a variety of dressings, broccoli salad, fresh kaiser buns, tea and coffee

Thursday:  Pork Taco Bar

Soft and hard tortilla shells, Pueblo (authentic Mexican pork taco meat), roasted pork loin, refried black beans, chickpeas, grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, cilantro, diced tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, guacamole, sour cream, hot sauces, salsa, macaroni salad, coffee and tea

Each booth includes:

  • 10×10 space
  • fully carpeted (black)
  • draped booth (black)
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 skirted table (you choose: 4, 6 or 8 foot)
