Paola Salmán currently serves as Executive Vice President of SIGSA (Sistemas de Información Geográfica S.A. de C.V.), the leading GIS company in Mexico, working with major private companies and government organizations in the country, helping to transform and optimize organizations through the use and understanding of geographic information and location intelligence. As part of her duties, she coordinates the relationship with ESRI, for which SIGSA acts as exclusive distributor in Mexico.

She has over 18 years of experience in business development and strategy in industries such as petroleum, utilities (water, electricity, gas), retail, public safety, and natural resource management, among others.

Paola graduated with a degree in Actuary at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and has a Masters in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania as well as a degree in Executive Leadership from IPADE.
