STUDENT HOUSING: We have a limited number of rooms available in Frontenac House. The suites are two-bedroom suites. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed (one guest per room), desk, and chair. The shared space has a fridge, microwave, and washroom. Please note you share a washroom and that the kitchen is not stocked. All rooms include free WiFi, and air-conditioning and are smoke/pet-free. 

Each floor has two shared TV lounges.

Each room is $80/night which includes all taxes and fees. Your room includes bedding and one towel. You are required to bring your own toiletries.

CAFETERIA MEALS: The conference will provide a light snack in the mornings and lunches and the gala dinner on Wednesday, May 29th. Attendees may want to buy meals in advance from the student cafeteria. Breakfasts are $14.10 and dinners are $20.55 including all taxes.

Breakfast is available from 6:30am - 8:30am.

Dinner is available from 4:30pm - 6:30pm.

DEADLINE AND CANCELLATION: All student housing and cafeteria meals must be booked by May 13th.  Any cancellations must be requested by May 13th and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after May 13th.
