Alison plays a key role in leading international recruitment efforts for the accommodation sector,
developing new hiring opportunities and strengthening existing initiatives with partner
organizations. In addition, she provide counsels for AHLA and BCHA members navigating hiring
resources and programs such as the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and the Francophone
Mobility Program, among many others.
 
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a licensed British Columbia Foreign Worker
Recruiter, Alison joined the BCHA with decades of experience connecting employers with job
seekers across Canada and the globe. For the past 14 years, she has worked with employers in
the hospitality and tourism industries across Western Canada, delivering foreign worker
recruitment services. Alison also has over 15+ years of experience working with Provincial and
Federal employment programs, providing employment services.
