Nick founded Roper Valuations with a unique blend of accounting and insurance expertise. He leads the firm's business interruption, loss quantification, and advisory services, drawing on more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate complex commercial insurance matters.

With a strong focus on the hospitality industry, Roper Valuations has worked with numerous AHLA members to establish appropriate business interruption limits, strengthen insurance programs, and support the valuation of insurance claims, including losses arising from the 2024 Jasper wildfire. Nick also holds the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) designation, bringing valuable industry-specific insight to hospitality clients.
