Skylar joined the Condominium Dispute Resolution Tribunal in late 2025 to support its implementation and launch. He currently oversees the CDRT’s strategic direction and operations, with a focus on accessibility, fairness, and timely dispute resolution. Before joining the CDRT, Skylar worked in a government executive office environment specializing in policy development. Skylar previously held a variety of roles at a tribunal focusing on case management and operational leadership. Skylar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Philosophy.
