Patricia Tolppanen is both a lawyer and a chartered mediator. She has worked for many years in administrative law, both with municipal and provincial government. Prior to her recent retirement, she was the Director of Alberta’s Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service. With her husband, she owns two condos - one in Calgary and one in Victoria B.C.. She is also Vice-President of the Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta.
