Terry is the co‑founder and former long-term Chair of the Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta, an Alberta non‑profit dedicated to strengthening the voice and knowledge of condominium owners.
He brings more than 15 years of professional experience in the housing sector, including management roles with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
A retired professional member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, Terry has lived in condominiums for over 28 years and has served in multiple board leadership roles, including secretary, treasurer, and chair.
He is also a trained volunteer leader with Alberta’s Board Development Program, specializing in governance training for non‑profit societies. Terry holds both a business degree and a diploma in urban land economics.
