Following a 38 year career with a major bank, David retired to a condo in Canmore. He joined his condo Board in 2011 and currently serves as its President, along with serving as President on another condo board where he has a rental property. In 2015 David assembled the Canmore Condominium Interest Group - currently composed of board representatives about 21 local condos that support learning, professionalism and the use of best condo practices. David is also the President of Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF), having been a contributing member since 2022.
