This presentation will discuss the study completed in partnership with the City of Toronto entitled Digital Divide and Older Adults: Beyond the Margins, Older Adults and Digital Access in Toronto Under Lockdown. We will examine the themes and recommendations that emerged from the study, and look at the Digital Training of Older Adults initiative from Seneca College’s Social Service Worker Gerontology program, a response to the study’s recommendations.
