Using the cliff analogy developed by Dr Camara Jones, MD, MPH, PhD, this presentation will showcase service delivery frameworks and initiatives developed and implemented by TAIBU Community Health Centre to address systemic inequities impacting the health and wellbeing of Black communities across the GTA and beyond.
