Lisa McGrath is the Founder and Owner of LPM Enterprises, a construction consulting and advocacy firm specializing in condominium projects. With over 10,000 hours of boots-on-the-ground experience, she has worked across the trades, restoration, and property management sectors, including senior leadership roles and seven years as a condominium board member. Lisa holds a Health and Safety Administrator (HSA) designation, is an IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and has a Diploma in Human Resource Management, along with education in Construction Project Management, Communications and Negotiations, and Construction Law. She currently serves on the ACMA Board and coordinates Condo Chats for COFSAB, supporting condominium education and governance across Alberta.
