Anand Sharma is the owner/broker of 113 West Management, a condominium management firm in Edmonton. He has worked within the condominium industry since 2008 and has been a strong voice on behalf of the condominium community over the past seventeen years. He served for 12 years as the President of the North Alberta Chapter of CCI until his retirement in 2024. He co-chairs the Government Advocacy Committee for CCI as well.

Anand currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Alberta Real Estate Foundation (AREF) and is Chair of the Alberta Condominium Management Education Consortium (ACMEC). In 2024, Anand was appointed onto the Hearing Panel Roster for the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).



In his spare time, Anand enjoys curling in bonspiels across Alberta.
