Amy specializes in providing dedicated claim service to Gallagher’s clients. She manages the western region claim’s team, which is comprised of five claims advocates. Her role is to provide expertise and assist clients during the claim process including initial reporting, communication with adjusters, advocacy and negotiating prompt settlement with insurers. Amy began her insurance career in 2008 and joined Gallagher in 2017. Prior to joining Gallagher, she was a multi-line independent adjuster for 7 years in the NWT and Alberta, and an adjuster for a large Insurer before that.
