Maria Bartolotti is a native of Calgary, Alberta, and has been a leader in the condominium industry for over 22 years. She began her career in 2001 as a condominium manager and has since remained actively involved in the industry. In 2005, Maria took a courageous step and founded her own condominium management firm, New Concept Management Inc., which has since achieved remarkable success.

Maria is a dedicated member of the Canadian Condominium Institute–Southern Alberta Chapter. She serves as the Chair of the Education Committee and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Maria has been providing education and training to the Condominium Industry for more than two decades. Her commitment, enthusiasm, and experience have earned her the respect and admiration of her peers, who have recognized her with the fellowship of the Canadian Condominium industry.
